Chinese commando hat ( Hat of the People).Vault 101 utility jumpsuit ( Dad's wasteland outfit, modified utility jumpsuit).Vault jumpsuits ( child's Vault 101 jumpsuit, Vault 77 jumpsuit).Winterized Chinese jumpsuit ( General Jingwei's uniform).Scientist outfits ( Lab coat, Lesko's lab coat, The Surgeon's lab coat).Kid's outfits ( Blast Off pajamas, kid's cave rat outfit, Mayor MacCready's outfit). These clothes appear in the game files for Fallout: New Vegas, but the only way to get them is through console commands.Pickpocket the Tunnel Snake outfits and kill the three of them. Come back and they should be wearing what you gave them. Pickpocket the armors onto the hallucinations of Butch, Wally, and Paul, and sneak back to the living quarters. When you reach the Survivor, trigger the hallucination, and activate the Stealth Boy. You will need a Stealth Boy and 3 suits of average condition armor. You can reverse pick-pocket better armor on him without having to sabotage the vault, just be sure to take better armor with you inside, such as raider armor. If you have sabotaged Vault 101, you can loot the Tunnel Snake outfit from Freddie Gomez's body in a random encounter. You can obtain this outfit by killing Butch in Rivet City. After completing Trouble on the Homefront:.Instead of helping him, you can just kill Butch (or watch him get killed by radroaches, but that's unlikely) and then loot his jacket.Once they're all dead, Butch will reward you with his outfit. You can help Butch DeLoria save his mother from radroaches during the Escape! quest (in any of the available ways). To repair it you need another Tunnel Snake outfit or a merchant. Used by the Tunnel Snakes gang in Vault 101, it provides a damage resistance of 4 and a bonus of 5 to Melee Weapons. It is a leather jacket with a snake emblem on the back, worn on top of a Vault 101 jumpsuit. I'll probably work on the little techno-bit on on the shoulder later this weekend, since I don't have a printer at the moment and therefore can't do the iron-ons for the 101's yet.The Tunnel Snake outfit is a piece of clothing in Fallout 3. If not, then I'll figure something else out. I'll have to check out the local costume stores and see if this may lead me somewhere. And also add the circular metallic piece to the back of it. but if it's thick enough I think that might actually work, and I can just take a few of the doohickeys off and paint it silver so it looks less Batman-ish. LOL! BAAATMAAAAN! I'm not sure how tiny/thin it is since it's a child's belt. I was looking around online and thinking "what the heck kind of belt even looks CLOSE to that?!" 'cause it's all technological-looking and such. The only things I need at the moment are a glove and also a belt. ![]() and iron-ons for the 101 on the collar and back, as well as boots (which I still need to spray-paint). I have everything else gathered for the outfit, save for the pieces for the Pip-Boy which I'll be working on sometime with a friend! I have all of the techno bits, though. because I am crap at making things symmetrical XD ![]() I used a compass to make the curvy lines. I don't think it turned out too badly save for a couple of little smudges outside the "lines" that could easily be fixed. I tried out at least 3 different brands of paints, and some of them were more water-based and they absorbed right into the fabric. As far as paint quality goes, this was the best quality and the closest color in that particular variety. LOL! It was so cute though because Jeremy helped. I finally got to the store the other day with screenshots from the game and I compared every single tube of paint to the color of the stripes on the vault suit. it'll probably end up being a mesh of the concept art and in-game outfit. or less specifically, the Lone Wanderer ^_^ And I love my character so much that I wanted to cosplay her. I've played Fallout 3 for over 100 hours now (when I hit 101 hours I giggled, teehee) so yeah, safe to say that I'm pretty obsessed. It was an early birthday gift from Jeremy because I am RIDICULOUSLY EXCITED to make this cosplay for Ohayocon. Haha okay so I've had this jumpsuit sitting in my dining room for almost a month now!
